Pricing questions
Why annual pricing only?+
Annual pricing means we don't waste your time chasing renewals every month and you don't waste ours. It also keeps the price honest — no padded monthly rates to amortise our acquisition costs.
What happens after the 14-day trial?+
You'll get a reminder a few days before it ends. If you choose not to subscribe, your data is kept safe for 30 days in case you change your mind, then deleted.
Who counts as a user?+
Anyone with login access to LevelSixLabs — admins, lab staff, students, etc. Viewer-only seats count too. You can deactivate users to free up seats without losing their historical data.
What's the founding programme?+
A small founding cohort gets 25% off their first year, founder-led implementation and direct input into the roadmap. It's a limited operational partnership for labs that come on board early — start with a 60-day pilot, then decide.
Do you offer institutional or multi-lab pricing?+
Yes. If you're a university department or multi-site organisation, get in touch and we'll put together a custom quote.
Who owns the data we put in?+
You do. Your chemical register, risk assessments, bookings and records are yours, and we act as processor rather than owner — the terms say so in writing. You can export everything in your account at any time, without asking us: a full machine-readable export of your organisation's data, plus PDF and spreadsheet exports of the individual registers. We don't sell data, we don't train models on it, and it's held in the UK region of our hosting provider.
What happens at renewal — and if we leave?+
We tell you before we bill you: a reminder goes out 30 days before your renewal date, at the price you're already paying. There's no automatic uplift written into the terms. If you decide not to renew, take the full export first — it's a button in your account, available any time without asking us — and you keep every record. Account and platform data is deleted or returned within 30 days of termination, as the data register on our trust page sets out.
