Why annual pricing only?+
Annual pricing means we don't waste your time chasing renewals every month and you don't waste ours. It also keeps the price honest — no padded monthly rates to amortise our acquisition costs.
What happens after the 14-day trial?+
You'll get a reminder a few days before it ends. If you choose not to subscribe, your data is kept safe for 30 days in case you change your mind, then deleted.
Who counts as a user?+
Anyone with login access to LevelSixLabs — admins, lab staff, students, etc. Viewer-only seats count too. You can deactivate users to free up seats without losing their historical data.
What's the founding programme?+
A small founding cohort gets 50% off their first year, founder-led implementation and direct input into the roadmap. It's a limited operational partnership for labs that come on board early — start with a 60-day pilot, then decide.
Do you offer institutional or multi-lab pricing?+
