One platform. Every lab workflow.

Everything a working lab needs to stay on top of itself.

No more disconnected spreadsheets, booking emails and paper trails. Connected modules sharing one set of records, one set of permissions and one audit trail.

Chemical Inventory

Track chemicals, CAS numbers, SDS files, expiry dates, hazards and storage locations. Snap a label to auto-fill, or bulk-import a spreadsheet. Find any chemical in seconds.

Explore

Equipment & Room Booking

Book shared equipment and rooms on one calendar with conflict prevention and training-gated access. A mobile-first calendar your team will actually use.

Explore

Equipment, Asset & Service Records

QR-code every instrument. Scan to see its record, service history, certificates, responsible contact — and report a fault on the spot.

Explore

Safety & Incidents

An incident and near-miss register whose report can't be altered after filing, point-of-work checks signed at the bench, and the COSHH builder that reads your own chemical hazards.

Explore

Parts & Consumables

Which filter, seal or lamp each instrument takes — recorded against the machine with the evidence behind the fit, a replacement log and alerts before it's due.

Explore

Sustainability & Accreditation

Equipment sharing and utilisation, surplus redistribution and waste records — plus LEAF and SPARKHub criteria checklists you can work through and export. No fabricated carbon figures.

Explore

Reports & Management Visibility

See expired chemicals, overdue service, open faults, training gaps, bookings, waste and low stock — a live compliance score from your own data.

Explore

And the rest of the platform

Samples and freezer inventory, SOPs and protocols, lab stock and ordering, instrument programmes, and QR workflows on any phone with no app to install.

Integrations

Works with the tools your lab already uses

LevelSixLabs fits into existing research operations rather than replacing them. Connect the systems your team already relies on.

Slack

Slack

Send new bookings and fault reports to a Slack channel via an incoming webhook so the right people are notified automatically.

Microsoft Teams

Microsoft Teams

Post new bookings and fault reports straight to a Teams channel so the right people are notified automatically.

Microsoft Outlook

Microsoft Outlook

Not available yet

Two-way sync of bookings into a shared Outlook calendar. Built, but not yet switchable — it needs a Microsoft app registration we haven't stood up, so use the calendar subscription below for Outlook today.

Calendar subscription

Subscribe to your lab's bookings from Outlook, Google Calendar or Apple Calendar with a private read-only link — no admin setup on your side.

Excel & CSV

Bulk-import your existing chemical and equipment spreadsheets with smart column mapping — and export any list back out.

QR workflows

Print QR labels for chemicals and equipment, and for freezer boxes and samples on Pro. Scan from any phone to open the record, book it or report a fault — no app to install.

Avery label sheets

Export a selection as a Word document laid out for a standard A4 label sheet — the same product codes Word's own Labels dialog carries, or your own measurements typed off the packet. Print it from Word or LibreOffice.

Email notifications

Automatic expiry digests, service reminders and booking confirmations delivered by email to the people who need them.

REST API & webhooks

Issue a scoped API key in Settings and read or write your own records from a script. Outgoing webhooks post events to a URL you control, so another system can react without polling.

PubChem data

Look up chemical names, CAS numbers, formulae and GHS hazard data automatically when adding a chemical.

Slack and Microsoft Teams are optional and configured per organisation in Settings. Anything marked “not available yet” is exactly that — we'd rather flag it than have you find out after signing up.

Our approach

Designed alongside real laboratory operations.

LevelSixLabs was shaped around the day-to-day realities of running a lab — shared equipment, expiring chemicals, service schedules and audit days — so the platform fits how research teams already work rather than forcing a new process on them.
