How incidents are handled
Monitoring. Application errors are captured continuously and alert the founder directly. A scheduled health check runs against the live site independently of this page, so a failure is noticed whether or not anyone is looking.
Communication. Customers affected by an incident are emailed at their registered admin address. Anything affecting data integrity or personal data follows the documented incident response procedure, including UK GDPR notification timescales.
Backups. The database is hosted on Supabase in the London region with automated daily backups and point-in-time recovery available on the production plan.
Your data stays yours. Any admin can export the organisation's full records to Excel at any time from Settings — no support request, no lock-in, no waiting on us.
