We'd rather tell you honestly what the product does today and where it's heading than imply everything already exists. Here's both.
Live today
Everything below is in the product right now.
- Chemical inventory with SDS, GHS hazards and AI-assisted label capture
- Avery label sheets for chemicals, equipment and samples, printed from a Word file
- Sample & freezer inventory with box maps, aliquot lineage and chain of custody

- Incident & near-miss register — the filed report is immutable, the investigation isn't

Planned & exploring
These aren't available yet. They're on our roadmap, and founding pilots help us decide what comes first.
Digital floor plans
Interactive lab maps with live hazard overlays — see chemical stores, equipment status and occupancy at a glance, and use them for evacuation and emergency planning.
Preventive maintenance scheduling
What exists today is reactive plus a due date: each service record carries the date the next one falls due, and the equipment register, alerts and reports all read the latest record to say whether an instrument is in date, due soon or overdue — and a reported fault can block bookings until a set date. What's still to come is the planned half: recurring maintenance and calibration windows generated in advance, and a booking block for a scheduled service rather than only for a fault.
Ready-made ELN & LIMS connectors
The REST API and outgoing webhooks are live today — scoped keys are issued in Settings. What's still to come are packaged connectors for the common ELN and LIMS systems, so a lab doesn't have to write the integration itself.
Single sign-on (SSO / SAML)
Google sign-in works today. What's still to come is SAML, for institutions that need to manage access centrally through their own identity provider.
